The Trustee have produced a Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) for the defined benefit (DB) section of the scheme. This explains the Trustees' policy on investments, including the kind of investments the scheme will have, how risks are managed, and how the Trustees engage and vote as shareholders. The SIP also includes information on the new Responsible Investment (RI) Strategy, which takes into account the Trustees’ consideration to investing responsibly whilst attaining to a fully funded scheme.
