Many of you have told us you’d like to receive less paper communications from the Scheme. It’s better for the environment too if we can provide more Scheme information online or via email. You can help us to do this by registering online and going paper free. Once you’re registered you can receive emails from us in the future. It allows us to keep in touch with you even if you move house, and we will email you when future newsletters or other important documents are ready to read.
How to register:
Simply visit the Hartlink Online Portal at: hartlinkonline.co.uk/axa-employeebenefits Click ‘Register’ at the top and enter your details. You will need your National Insurance number to hand when registering. Once you’re signed up, you’ll also be able to use the online retirement modeller (if you’re not already retired) and manage your pension online.
