New Coronavirus update

AXA Pensions advises members experiencing difficulty in contacting the Aegon helpline that this is currently closed. Please read the below statement and FAQs.

Following the measures put in place by the UK Government on Monday 23 March, Aegon has closed all their offices and staff are now working from home.  These closures include Aegon’s contact centres who are currently unable to accept inbound calls until a new online telephone service is in place. All online services are working normally and you can continue to use TargetPlan through your secure member portal as usual.  Aegon are working hard to maintain services and further updates will be provided over the coming days.
