Ed Davis and Ken Smith have been re-elected as MNTDs
We previously contacted you to advise that we were on the lookout for two Member-Nominated Trustee Directors to join the Trustee Board of the AXA UK Group Pension Scheme, as the terms for Ed Davis and Ken Smith were due to end on 30 June 2025.
We're delighted with the number of responses we had from members. Following a rigorous selection process, we’re pleased to announce that both Ed and Ken have been re-elected in their positions as MNTDs. Ed will serve a 3-year term and Ken a 2-year term.
It was agreed with the Trustee that the end of Ed and Ken’s terms as MNTDs would be staggered, in order to follow good governance practices. This would allow the Trustee Board to continue operating with effective oversight, maintain their level of expertise and experience, reduce any potential operational disruption and improve succession planning.
