All current employees of AXA are in the defined contribution section of the Scheme. If you have worked for AXA for a number of years, you may have a benefit in the old Defined Benefit (DB) section. This section closed on 31st August 2013 and you would have received a statement around this time.

You can manage your DB pension account online at www.hartlinkonline.co.uk/AXA-employeebenefits

Once registered, you’ll be able to:

- Keep your personal details up to date.
- Run a live estimate that will tell you what your pension could be worth at retirement.

If you have any problems accessing your online account or if you need any other help with your DB pension, you can contact the administrator, Capita:

Scams

It is important to take extra care to watch out for scams related to coronavirus (Covid-19). These scams take many forms and could be about insurance policies, pensions transfers, or high-return investment opportunities, including investments in cryptoassets.

Scammers are sophisticated, opportunistic and will try many things. They are also very likely to target the vulnerable. Beware of investments that appear to be too good to be true. If you decide to invest in something offering a high return or in a cryptoasset, you should be prepared to lose all your money.

There are more tips and advice on avoiding scams on the FCA ScamSmart pages.
